Tribute to Shaurya Chakra Awardee Rifleman Abdul Hamid Chara

Hamid Chara Army Goodwill School Chandigam pays heartfelt tribute to Rifleman Abdul Hamid Chara, a brave son of Kupwara and a proud soldier of 162 Infantry Battalion (Territorial Army), attached to 18 Rashtriya Rifles, who made the supreme sacrifice on 12 June 2007 in the service of the nation.

For his exceptional courage, devotion to duty, and gallantry, he was posthumously awarded the Shaurya Chakra. His valor and patriotism continue to inspire generations of students and citizens alike.
